As each Interior Design project is unique and personal, so are my pricing plans for each project that I get the opportunity to design. I would love to help you create an interior that is truly your own and can consult with you to figure out the best option for your project based on square footage, scope of project and the tasks that need to be accomplished. I am highly creative and very efficient so my ideas give you added value for the time invested.
Let me start by saying I absolutely love decorating model homes! I just love it! I'm not bashful in saying that some of my all-time favorite projects have come from homebuilders looking to create everything from a first-time buyer/entry level home to multi-million dollar custom homes, with a very well rounded mix of everything you can imagine for home products and styles that fall in between.
For builders and trade partners, I do promise that Cassidy Design can give you a very unique and personal look and achieve all of this at or below your current budgets. I know this is an important factor in this economic season. I am currently working on Model Homes in Colorado, California and beyond with budgets ranging from $12.00 to $29.00 a square foot and up, which is an all-inclusive price. I am also open and have the ability to combine your inventory of furniture and accessories and blend them with new items to create an entire new look at a significant savings.
Of course, it is ideal to have me on the project from the earliest stage to help in making all design decisions and as an added member of the building team. My design fee ranges from $2.00 per square foot to $4.00 per square foot, depending on the project. I would love to help you create a personalized design scheme and budget and help you merchandize and create interiors to help you sell your homes quickly.
Stage It. Sell It.
Sounds simple, doesn't it? Well I'm here to tell you that as simple as it may sound, placing select furniture, art and accessories in just the right place is proven to reduce the length of time a home stays on the market. As such, I am also available to stage existing or stagnant inventory homes for builders or realtors to create a space that a buyer will see in a new light.
Not working with a realtor yet? My husband, Scott Cassidy is always available to assist in all of your new home and resell needs. Sometimes a fresh look is needed to make a bold statement as to the value of a home, and Scott and I can assist you with furniture and accessory rentals at a monthly lease back fee or use existing items to make a home sell quickly!
